  • ABFM PDX 2009 Sept 4-7 laborday w/end

    Hi!
Anyone here going? I may. So, rather than try to recite the many aspects of this great meet, I'll refer you all to
Portland ABFM 2009 Sept 4-7 on Labor Day Weekend

I know that OMS is doing stuff there and they are listed on participating clubs page of the site. They have two people listed there with contact info.

Thanks to Kelley, I've now seen that camping is allowed inside the PIR campus!
    Best regards,
    MSH

Will miss this year. Should be somewhere on the west coast of South Africa in a Wolseley 1000 about then.
The more I know about Minis, the more I know I don't know about Minis.

There's a few photos of last years pdx camping on our flicker site. Very informal. Sites that looked full actually had plenty of room for a Mini and a tent in the trees between the field and the track. Highly recommended. Don

If my car's even relatively trouble-free on the drive to Mini-sota, I'll make plans for Portland. I always enjoy the meet.

I'm planning on it this year, especially not being able to go to MME/W this year due to commitments of the work related thing.
I'm trying to persuade my wife to go with me drive her MG 1100, and me my Mini, but we will see. She also has a self employment constraints like me and might not be able to go.

Who's planning the route this year?

                Steve

If I can get the day off on Friday...we will be going then. No one else has been jumping up and down waving there arms to plan the route....so I will see if I can put one together. Leaving from Tacoma Mall around 10:00 AM.
