I just remembered why I can't remember last years show... I wasn't there.

There is some info on our main page about registering but here's a plan stolen from last year that just might work to actually get us into the show again...

Here's the plan. We will be leaving the parking lot at the former Greenwood Market at 6:45AM. Arrive earlier if you can bring/eat doughnuts. We will head south on 3rd and turn left on NW 79th Street and then left again on Greenwood.

    See you there,
    Don

I will also check our PO Box on the 19th for any entries so mail them in time!

For those entering with us as a group note that the checks need to be made out to SAMOA, not the Greenwood Knights as it says on the entry form.

The Greenwood Market meeting place is now surrounded by fencing even a Mini couldn't jump so let's meet at the corner of 3rd NW and NW 87th street. That's just one block North of the former Gwood Market parking lot.

We could meet in the parking lot of the Blockbuster one block to the East of Greenwood Market/Fred Meyer parking lot. I expect another club or two will do the same but it's a big "L" shaped lot and will keep us off the street. Map Here

There is also a parking lot behind the Blockbuster/Greenwood Village building in case we need it.

The only problem with 87th between 3rd and 1st is that there is a lot of residential parking that goes on there.

Let me know what you think.

PS George asked me to lead the group to our show area again this year. Hopefully I'll do a better job than last year. It may work better if we drive down 1st Ave NW instead of 3rd Ave NW which had a lot of extraneous traffic last year.

Don says 6:45am earlier in the thread and every year it sounds like that's way too early but I think he's right.

You can stay with us if you like 72. We'll shut down the chiming clocks.

                            100 North 85th Street, Seattle, WA 98103

                            LEAVING there at 6:45

                            Don

Greg, in the past, folks that drove in with us that were not registered were sent off to the tent of shame to buy a packet. RIGHT NOW! There is hope.

Peter, I could use a pound or two of Vashon's Own "Front Porch", if you know what I mean....
