Rolling road SU carb tuning?

Is there any place in the area that can or has experience in tuning an SU HIF38 on a rolling road?

Talk to Doug out at Fairlady Motors in Tacoma. He's the guy who does the testing on our Dyno Days.

You'll need a bung welded to your header to get air/fuel readings, but I think he can do that.

There's a rolling road in the Redmond area as well. Can't remember the name but Aaron Anderson's used it and was impressed with the place.
