Quiz time!

In the box of items I received from New Zealand with my Mini I found a large rubber bushing with part number “2206923” and “TOP” on the face of the bushing. It measures 1 ¼” high and 1 ½” at the widest point of the face. I have looked through Mini Mania and Se7en parts catalogs and have not been able to find out what it is for. It looks like a large stabilizer bar bushing.

From the description (I'm better with pictures!), I'd venture to guess that it is not a Mini part.
