I just picked up my Silver Bullet "Watson" from Fairlady Motors. Doug spent 6 hours with it on the DYNO tuning it. I can say he is a great guy to work with. I enjoyed watching him go through the steps to get the system setup and running smoothly. The results were good too: 85 LB/FT torque and 83 HP at the wheels. That should give 95 to 100 at the crank.
Driving it home was a blast. Loads of smooth power that could pull you out of corners in 3rd and 4th gears. Yet easy to drive slowly. The only things left are cold starting and the fact that there is no idle speed control in the kit. I will be adding a *** idle air valve to the system to allow the computer to control the idle speed. This should help with cold start and idle speed.
