I think you are talking about the ZDDP oil additive, right? I haven't checked at the local autoparts store but they probably have it.

I got some off of ebay I think that I paid $6 - 7 for the small bottle including shipping. The link isn't the seller I used, just did a search and this is the first single bottle of ZDDP that came up.

Looks like Eastwood, Jeg's and other national parts sellers carry it as well. Didn't check but Minimania, Seven or some of the other Mini suppliers might be carrying it.

Peter, you should be glad I wrenched on a lot of air cooled VW's and Porsches when I was younger. Recognized Oel right off!!

I was at Westbay Autoparts here in Port Orchard they carry ZDDP oil/oel additives too. Looks like the larger parts houses probably carry it as well.

..and Action Auto Parts in Seattle, GreenLake, Lynwood and Everett. Their online stock check says 10 on hand and price is $13.99 ($25.49 list).
