  • "The New Guy" introducing myself.

Hello all, I just thought I should introduce myself to the SAMOA forums. My name is Bryan, I purchased my first Mini last February. It's a (what I believe to be) 1978 Leyland Mini Cooper. The only gtg I've been too so far was the Greenwood car show, I really wanted to make it to the XXX Barrel show but I was out of town that weekend so I couldn't make it. I plan on attending the food drive this Saturday so it will be nice to meet some of you. My 6 year old son is in love with my Mini and is very excited to see other classic mini's. Here are a few pics from when I bought it, about the only major thing I've done so far since I've owned is repaint the roof black to match the bonnet stripes. Otherwise the car has pretty much been resorted by the previous owner. Enjoy!

Thank you, and you are correct, the last picture was taken inside the paint booth right after the roof got painted!
