OT, Sort Of. Big Garage for Sale

There's a house about three or four away from me that has just gone up for sale. I can't say much about the house, but I'd bet the garage would hold at least 12 Minis.

That'd be my kind of place if it was four houses from Chuck's. Three houses might be too close. So is it three or four houses away?
