  • Second min has arrived!

Been looking for a while for a second mini and am very please with my new one that arrived this weekend. I love the color but am thinking of doing a white top and bonnet stripes, thoughts? Old one had the stripes till I got some body work done and haven't put them back on.

One vote no on the roof and especially the bonnet stripes.
The more I know about Minis, the more I know I don't know about Minis.

Hhmm its like your mini experts or something noted no strips or white top. The new one is manual and much more responsive than my automatic.

Bonnet stripes make your car go faster!

Something about Old English White. It goes really good with blue.

I vote for leaving the new one alone, if you just HAVE to have stripes, then put them back on the old one.

                Nice looking Minis!!
I would say to paint them up any way that brings you joy!
Maybe even consider taking digital photos of them and doing mock ups with a digital paintbrush to see what you like and don't like. That way you get to play without even spilling a drop of paint.
Oh, and I know what you mean about performance on auto vs manual!
                Enjoy, and,
                Best regards,

Thank you for the reply's. My brother in law does vinyl wrapping and so was possibly looking at that so I could remove if I want to and its cheap.
