That's Aaron Pass's car, Andrew. He's been trying to sell the car for a few months and is probably trying to extend his market area. You'll find it posted on the MiniMania board too.

I posted photos of the car on this forum back in October (after seeing it at a Griot's Caffeine and Gasoline get-together).
