Who's Mini on King 5?

Tonight on the King 5 news there was a story about Suzan DelBene " a Democrat running for Congress" and she was walking down a street with her supporters and in the back of the line was a White over Blue MK2 left hand drive Mini. My first thought was Ed's Cooper S, but after a second look I notice no bumper over rides. Anyone know who this Mini belongs to?

Discussed on this site a few weeks ago. The car is her husband's. Very standard looking, genuine Mk II S...until you open the bonnet and find a twin cam head.
