1973 TR6 Roadster, manual 4 speed, factory purple.
Off the road since 1994 it has 32,000 miles on the odometer.
All the things one would think need attention after 20 years in dry storage have been taken care of including braided brake lines, factory green coolant hoses, rubber fuel line. The brake master cylinder is new as well as calipers, wheel cylinders, pads, and shoes. Clutch master and slave cylinders are new. The Stromberg carburetors have been rebuilt, the fuel pump is new and the fuel tank has been cleaned. The car has new tires, upper ball joints, and a rebuilt steering rack. We installed a new battery and battery cables. There is a new oil cooler with thermostat and spin on oil filter. Good even compression in all cylinders, good oil pressure.

This TR6 drives and stops like a TR6 should!

There is a short list of things that need attention, most are matters of personal preference. The suspension bushings need replacement with original rubber or stiffer poly. The shocks should be up-graded to your desired stiffness. The brake/oil pressure warning lights are inoperable but you still have an oil pressure gauge.

    $15,000

Congrats, Don! Did it, by chance, stay in the area. Or, maybe even in the club?

I've been holding it for you for months Mark!

It finally ended up going to Hawaii.

...where the humahumanukanukaapuaa goes swimmin' by.

While I didn't object (well, not too much) to the color, it does seem to be perfectly suited to the islands.

            Congratulations, Don.
